Our Professional Internship Program will give you access to the skills of enthusiastic, highly qualified and fully insured interns whilst you get the pleasure of assisting them with career readiness skills through on the job training. The intern will work under a supervisor assigned by you onan unpaid basis for 3 months to gain professional work experience. You will gain a spare pair of helping hands at no cost whereas the intern gets theopportunity to gain valuable experience, learn new skills and show how they can be avaluable asset to your company.
We have many aspiring graduates looking to progress their career in Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Information Technology and Engineering professions. We hope that you can make a position available for one of ourinterns and take part in our exciting internship program.
Currently, we're working with over 1,000 host companieswho are benefiting immensely from hosting interns. Our internship placement process is simple. Simply contact us with your requirements. We will email a list of suitable profiles for your consideration.Upon asuccessful interview with the intern, we will confirm their placement by sending you their internship training plan for signining and organise their work experience insurances. We will conduct their performance apprsisals with your help during weeks six and twelve to ensure the internship is of mutual benefit.
The natural eagerness of truly serious interns to get into the 'real world' and practice some part of what they havelearned at university make them a genuine asset almost immediately. We guarantee that you will be impressed with their dedication and eagerness to learn. You have no obligation to offer them a job after completion ofthe internship, but you are welcome to employ them if you have a staffing need. There will be no placement fee. In fact, more than 30% of our interns end up getting employed by the host companies.
Please note that our internship program has been designed in compliance with Fairwork Australia's guidelines for internship. It is perfectly legal to host an intern on anunpaid basis provided that the intern is benefiting from the experience and not being exploited for free labour. In fact, you are doing the intern a favour by providing them this precious opportunity to gain expereince and start their career.

The hosting of interns provided by Budding Talents Recruitment (STUDYANDWORK) will be taken as acceptance of the following terms of business.
Budding Talents Recruitment provides Professional Internship Program for applicants who desire to undertake a work experience relevant to their professional qualification. The host company offers Professional Internship as "Work Experience" to the successful participants and is not responsible for the payment of salary & other job entitlements because the internship program does not constitute the employer-employee relationship with the participant. The work experience is not free or cheap labour, but an opportunity to assist the participant to learn on the job and assess their performance before considering for employment. The host company agrees to train the participant as per the mutually agreed training plan and provide a safe work environment.
Budding Talents Recruitment does not charge any fees to the host company. The participant has agreed to pay a once off program fee to Budding Talents Recruitment for advice, internship placement and ongoing support during the placement.
4. GUARANTEE AND TERMINATION
Budding Talents Recruitment guarantees the participant for a period of 3 months. In the event that the participant proves unsatisfactory or leaves the placement, Budding Talents Recruitment will provide a replacement at no cost. The host company can terminate the placement at any time.
Budding Talents Recruitment has organised blanket insurance coverage consisting ofpublic liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, and personal sickness & injury insurance for liability arising out of negligent acts of the intern that cause personal injury to the self and third parties or damage to third parties' property.
6. JOB OFFER AND FURTHER ENGAGEMENT
As soon as the host company decides to employ the participant, the Professional Internship Program automatically ends. The host company is free to make a job offer to the participant at any time. Nil placement fees would apply.
Budding Talents Recruitment will maintain contact with the host company and the participant throughout the placement to ensure there are mutual benefits to the placement. The host company agrees to participate in the performance appraisals of the participant facilitated by Budding Talents Recruitment.
