A great opportunity to work with the Recruitment Manager of a large Australian company for 3 months of unpaid internship.

The role would involve:

Learning from senior recruiter
Booking interviews
Screening candidates to assess their fit
Ensuring work rights for potential employees
Conducting reference checks
Attending HR daily meetings
Reviewing health forms and flagging to the safety team
Sit in on interviews with HR and Recruiters
Monitoring KPI’s and data collecting

Budding Talents Recruitment charges a fee of $1,375 for the internship placements which includes work experience insurances and administration costs. In return you get guaranteed challenging, meaningful and relevant work experience on unpaid basis for total 12 weeks under a training plan with mid and final performance appraisals.
